For Safe and Sustainable Cycling in the Liverpool City Region
We exist to promote cycling as a safe and sustainable means of getting from A to B across the Liverpool City Region and as a viable alternative to public transport.
We champion the rights of cyclists and challenge our local and national politicians to deliver an environment in which cycling and cyclists are recognised as an asset and a solution to many of today's infrastructure challenges.
At a time of climate emergency and a public health crisis linked to air pollution, our vision is for cycling to become the natural choice.
For everyone.
Did you know?
Liverpool is home to the country's first cycling society, the Liverpool Velocipede club, founded here 150 years ago.
Two thirds of all journeys across the Liverpool City Region are 3 miles or less, but half of these are still taken by car.

"Cycling is not only a fantastic way of getting around, but can also help address climate change and air pollution and help people's mental and physical health. But to make it the obvious choice for everyone, we need to seriously improve the facilities available."
