Summary: This project brought people together to march from Rimrose Valley to Liverpool City Centre and demand support from the Liverpool City Region

Details: On a rainy Saturday afternoon in a typical British “summer”, dozens of committed campaigners from across the communities surrounding Rimrose Valley came together to demand action. Together, we marched 6 miles from Waterloo to the city centre, ending at Mann Island, the home of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. We were greeted by Cllr Steve Foulkes, Chair of the cross-party Transport Committee. He committed to supporting our work, giving a shot in the arm to our efforts. Afterwards, participants visited LUSH cosmetics store and had a well deserved brew and a biscuit (or two). Huge thanks to LUSH for their continued support throughout our campaigning.
