We’ve discovered today that there are CCTV cameras now positioned at key entrances to Rimrose Valley that are labelled as “Traffic Survey in Progress.”

As these cameras are positioned at pedestrian only entrances it’s apparent that they’re monitoring the numbers of people entering/exiting Rimrose Valley.

We’ll endeavour to find out more from Highways England and we’ll report back if we’re able to get any more information.

The volumes of people using Rimrose Valley is going to be taken into account when a final decision is made as to whether to build a road here.

Right now would be a good time to get out into Rimrose Valley and take a stroll or a bike ride; and please get your friends, family and neighbours to do the same.
