OfflineOptionsFollowing a meeting in February 2016 made up of 16 Rimrose Valley Friends, plus discussion and consultation through our Facebook group, we have today written jointly to the Chief Executive of Sefton Council and to the Project Lead for the Port of Liverpool road options at Highways England with a list of 27 questions pertaining to the possible upcoming decision to build a road through Rimrose Valley.  The list of questions has also been copied to Bill Esterson MP and Peter Dowd MP  for their information.  Whilst mindful that a road through Rimrose Valley is to be one of two options, and so may not be carried forward, the Rimrose Valley Friends group is keen to be proactive in understanding the decision making information as early as possible and ensuring that a decision is not made that will be devastating to Rimrose Valley and therefore to the communities who surround it.

The list of questions we have submitted can be viewed by clicking here.

We’re also encouraging people to attend the Highways England Information Sessions so you can ask your own questions and make your views known.
